Sometimes, like tonight, I get so sick of sticking myself with shots. All the time. Having a pump is nice because it means less times I have to poke myself, but it also means that when I do put something in me, its a much bigger and longer needle. I'm sick of putting big needles into me! I don't want to do it anymore!
And then this is where I stop and say, all things considering, I have it pretty ok. There are a lot of conditions that would be much worse. But I'm still so sick of needles.

?
Does anyone know what to do/how to get rid of a broken computer? We're not looking to fix it, we just want it gone. Can you put a computer in the trash? I feel like people just don't do that.

It's about time
Spring is here, and so is the sun and warm weather! Today I wore a spring dress to campus, opened the windows in our house, drove with the windows down in our car, wore sunglasses, smelled the beautiful iris flowers on the ramp south of campus and ate grapes, blackberries and strawberries. I'm excited for the farmer's market to start! I love being warm!
Frustration is...
...doing the reading before class every day for my two history classes and not having any quizzes, and then the first day I don't do the reading for either, there is a quiz in both classes.

Flight Attendants
Matthew and I are currently sitting in the Denver airport, waiting for our connection to Kansas! It was a pretty exciting flight here, mostly just because we had a very enthusiastic head flight attendant. While she was doing the whole safety procedure thing, she decided to liven things up a bit. Matthew and I were cracking up hardcore the entire time:
"Flight attendants will be coming down the aisle to check your seatbelt, and if your belt matches your shoes..."
"No smoking on this flight, if you are caught smoking, I will personally put you out on the wing and make sure a nice man is there to meet you at the airport."
"If you are traveling with your husband, and the masks fall down, put yours on first, then help the child sitting next to you, then the random children sitting around you, and then you have a choice: you can either help your husband put on his mask, or you can say good luck sweetie."
"Put the mask on and breathe normally *breathes normally but loudly into microphone*"

Living in Jurassic Park?
Currently I am writing this post from our new computer! Pretty exciting. Matthew's computer just decided it was done about two weeks ago (about the same time my cell phone decided it just didn't want to charge anymore. Not cool.) and my computer is, well, it's pretty sketchy. Let's just say that it takes forever and a day to load, after 5 minutes it gets WAY too hot, and the fan is comparable to a bullhorn. It's on its descent, at least. So, we decided a new computer was a good idea, and so we got this Dell Inspiron, used (very lightly, I must say) from this guy in Orem for a steal. It really was.
This guy was seriously perhaps the coolest guy I've ever met. He was about our age, or a little older, may 26? 27? Anyway, he works from home because he owns his own DINOSAUR BUILDING BUSINESS! From his garage! I am not even kidding. He excavates dinosaur bones from stuff, and then puts all the bone pieces together into a crazy sauce awesome looking dinosaur.
These are dinosaurs... in his garage. I just cannot get over how incredibly awesome that is. Rawr.

Calling all suggestions
After hearing several family members recommend it, Matthew and I bought "The Hunger Games." And... I read it suppppper fast. There are three reasons for this:
1. I read fast
2. It was a good book
3. I love to read, and I haven't read a book for fun in sooooo long!
It's been so long since I've actually read a book for my own enjoyment, I was hit with how much I love to read. However, my book collection is at home, and I don't really know of a lot of good books. Basically, the good books I'm aware of, I've read. Soooo...
Would anyone like to share with me some of their favorite books? I'm all ears!

I'm not sure if I've already blogged about this,
but I was thinking about it today, so here goes:
Food Update:
Popcorn has been growing in popularity in my heart and stomach, and actually may have tied or surpassed cheese as my favorite food. If we were in France, cheese would win, but because I live in a land of inferior cheese, there is a tie.
Also, Matthew and I found out another food preference anomaly: pickles. He likes sweet pickles, not dill, and I like dill pickles, not sweet. There you go.
